Detoxification is an important part of any health program. We live in a world of polluted air, water, food, and environment. Periodically cleansing toxins out of your body is very beneficial. Ideally, your body will purify itself. Rise at dawn, work an hour or two on an empty stomach and then eat heartily of whole, natural foods, work outside under the sun until the next all-natural meal, and go to bed when darkness falls. As cultures are opened up by modern communication and travel, the wisdom of each people group is opening up for all.

You can do your own research about cleansing plants, foods, vitamins, and minerals. If you find a substance mentioned by many health experts, that would be a good one to try. You can also find third-party evaluations of supplement companies. You owe it to yourself and your family to obtain products from reputable manufacturers who follow good manufacturing guidelines, have research to back up the claims of health benefits, and have a good reputation in the industry.

Cleansing is the first step to regaining health and well-being. Give your body what it needs to purify itself and then add small portions of good food, regular physical activity, and a sensible routine of work and rest.
